Registered office and business address
A registered domicile at our offices in Zurich, with mail handled the way you need it handled.

Every Swiss company needs a registered domicile. Ours is in Zurich: real premises with private workspaces and meeting rooms, not a mailbox. Your company is registered there and your mail arrives there.
Mail handling
Post is collected and sorted each working day.
Incoming letters are scanned and sent to you by encrypted email, usually the same day.
Originals forwarded to any address, domestic or international, daily or weekly on Fridays.
Held at our office for you to collect, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.
Redirection to a domestic or international address via Swiss Post.

On site
- Meeting rooms
- Available by arrangement for client meetings and notarial appointments.
- Private workspaces
- Available when you are in Switzerland.
A registered office is a domicile, not a substitute for substance. If your company will have employees, contracts, or decision-making in Switzerland, discuss that with us at the outset; the right arrangement depends on it.
- 01Is this a legally valid registered office?
- Yes. The address is entered in the commercial register as the company's domicile, and official correspondence from authorities is received there and forwarded to you.
- 02Can I use the address on invoices and my website?
- Yes, as your company's registered business address.
- 03What happens to parcels and registered mail?
- Both are accepted and signed for. Registered items are notified to you the day they arrive.
