Packages are a starting point rather than a fixed menu. Most engagements are adjusted to the business, and we will tell you on the first call which level actually fits.
Premium
Foreign founders with no existing presence in Switzerland. This is the standard setup for a company owned from abroad.

Exclusive
Companies that want the whole back office handled from Switzerland rather than managed remotely.
Everything in Premium, plus:
- Bookkeeping and maintenance of the accounts
- Annual financial statements
- VAT registration and periodic returns
- Payroll and associated social insurance filings
- Annual general meeting documentation and commercial register filings
- Tax return preparation and correspondence with the cantonal authorities
